British MPs seek to Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson got his Lord.

Two MPs from the Labour party in Manchester, Graham Stringer and Tony Lloyd, propose that the Scottish manager of this 69-year-old received the title Lord.
Stringer and Lloyd said that football should be represented in the House of Lords because of significant "economic, social, and cultural".
Stringer and Lloyd says Ferguson is "the most successful manager in British history" by winning the Premier League and therefore he deserves the title of Lord.
Ferguson has brought Manchester United win the Premier League for the 19th time for the club last May.
He also managed to lift the Scottish club Aberdeen won three championship titles and numerous others.
Ferguson received the title "Sir" Alex Ferguson in 1999 at the time Tony Blair became prime minister.
